We provide the guide, lunch, the drift boat dory (2 clients per boat), shuttles, tackle, tippet, and fly patterns. You will need waders and boots if you wish to include wading as part of your day. We also need advance notice if your preferred tactic is spey casting, since we will want to target specific stretches of the river that are best suited to your preference. For those who would like to wade fish as part of the day, but do not own waders, we have waders and boot packages that rent at $25/day. We encourage guests to bring their own rods and fly patterns, but our guides will "fill in the gaps" as part of your trip fare.
TRIP LENGTH:
An average full day excursion covers 6-10 miles of river and the guides decide on which run to drift based on river conditions when you arrive.
SEASON:
Steelhead fishing here is best from September through April. Salmon fishing is best September through October.
KEEPING YOUR CATCH:
We encourage all of our guests to catch their limit, but limit their kill. You can contribute to the success of our fishery by adopting a "catch and release" policy.
Rates are based on an a-la-carte guide rate of $350/day for two clients and can be packaged with lodging and meals as follows:
